1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 345com platform — whether via the website at 345com.win, the 345com mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 345com.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• You must not be a current employee, director, officer or immediate family member of a 345com employee or affiliated partner.

345com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to any account activity that requires confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Rules

Each player may hold only one active account on 345com. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or by accident — will be closed. Balances and bonuses in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation before any funds are lost.

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and any messages sent via the support system. You must keep your login credentials confidential at all times. Do not share your username or password with anyone, including friends or family members.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 345com support immediately using the live chat on the platform. 4. Deposits & Payments

345com accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All balances are held and displayed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to deposits made through supported Pakistan payment methods.

Supported deposit methods currently include:

345com does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 345com's control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to the verified account holder.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity must be verified. If verification documents have been requested and not yet provided, withdrawals will be held until this is resolved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed. You cannot withdraw bonus-derived funds until the full wagering requirement has been met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

345com offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to terms that are stated clearly at the time the offer is made or claimed. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific wagering requirements and conditions attached to that bonus.

General bonus rules that apply across all 345com promotions unless otherwise stated:

• You may only hold one active bonus at a time. A new bonus cannot be claimed while an existing one is still being wagered.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete will be removed along with any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first. Bonus funds are only used when your real-money balance reaches zero.

7. Sports Betting

The 345com sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan cricket), football, Esports and other international sports. By placing a bet on the 345com platform you accept the following sports betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football). If no official result is declared, 345com will determine settlement using available verified sources.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds. These odds change as the match progresses. It is your responsibility to confirm the odds shown at the time you place your bet.
• 345com reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Match abandonment rules: if a cricket match is abandoned or interrupted, settlement will follow the official rules for that competition format (e.g., DLS method for rain-affected games). Where no result is possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned.

Suspected match manipulation or irregular betting patterns will be investigated. 345com cooperates with relevant sporting bodies when irregular activity is detected. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following standard identity checks. Bonus balances will not be returned upon voluntary closure if wagering requirements are incomplete.

13. Limitation of Liability
